Project Scope & Achievements
I partnered with MAVA to design and deliver a comprehensive training program specifically tailored for cosmetology instructors across the state of Massachusetts. Combining hands-on instruction with a custom online learning platform, I equipped educators with the technical skills, teaching strategies, and digital tools necessary to elevate cosmetology education in vocational schools statewide.

Key Contributions & Deliverables

Custom Program Development
- Created a specialized curriculum called "Train the Trainers", designed to empower cosmetology instructors to confidently teach advanced natural hair, braiding techniques, and modern salon skills.
- Developed training materials, presentations, instructional videos, and assessments, blending technical skills with modern teaching methodologies.

In-Person Training Delivery
- Trained 10 regional cosmetology instructors in-person during an intensive 3-day hands-on workshop.
- Provided one-on-one coaching and live demonstrations to ensure instructors mastered key techniques and effective teaching methods.

Online Program Development & Delivery
- Designed and launched a fully virtual Train-the-Trainer program, which reached over 100 cosmetology instructors statewide.
- Developed the program on a user-friendly LMS platform, combining video lessons, interactive exercises, and downloadable resources to support self-paced learning.
- Ensured ongoing support and access to updated materials to help instructors stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Technology Integration & Digital Literacy
