As the creator and founder of Zamora Natural Hair and Braiding Training Center, I launched the business originally as a salon. However, I quickly identified a much greater demand for high-quality education in natural hair care and braiding techniques. Recognizing the opportunity to serve both aspiring stylists and licensed professionals looking to enhance their skills, I transitioned Zamora into a full-service training center focused on virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

I took a strategic, product management-focused approach to building and scaling the business. My responsibilities spanned:

- Day-to-day operations management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and client relations.
